1-on-1 Doctor Consultation

Your journey begins with a 1-on-1 consultation with a fertility-focused OBGYN/ Andrologist who understands and supports natural conception.

  1. We inform your assigned doctor of your entire medical history, lifestyle, cycle patterns, and existing reports to identify the root causes affecting your fertility.
  2. Based on this, the doctor will create a personalised medication & supplements plan for you and your partner both. These medications are designed to support your body’s natural ability to conceive.
  3. The best doctor will be assigned to you based on your case history. If you have a specific doctor you would like to work with, you can inform us.

Note: If you need help with acquiring these medications, even outside of India, we provide support with this. Everything is at cost, with no additional service fee.

As soon as you join our program, our team reviews all of your existing reports first.

If any essential reports are missing (such as AMH/ Semen Analysis/ Ultrasound/ Blood work etc.), we send you a prescription with a list of tests needed to be completed.

Once you have completed those, then we set up your call with the doctor. As without these reports, the doctors cannot review and provide the correct medication.

This consultation typically takes place in the first 1–2 weeks of your program, once your reports are ready.

During the session, your doctor will assess your reports, history, and current health, and provide a personalised plan — the required medicines and supplements.

After the consultation, you can ask any follow-up questions via your dedicated support group, and our team will coordinate with the relevant doctors to guide you.

If needed (very rarely), an additional 2nd consultation can be arranged at a discounted price.

This is an online consultation so you can attend from anywhere in the world.

It will be set up on an online video call, our team will get a suitable timing from you and arrange it.

Monthly Custom Nutrition Plans

You and your partner will receive personalised meal plans at the start of each month (for 3 months), designed by a senior nutritionist.

  1. We begin with a 1-on-1 consultation to understand your food preferences, lifestyle, medical history, and weight goals.
  2. Your BMI, calorie needs, and macros (protein, fats, carbs) are calculated for each of you.
  3. You’ll receive Month 1 Meal Plans—similar meals with adjusted portions and slight variations—so you don’t have to cook separately.
  4. All meals come with recipes and are optimised for fertility to improve egg and sperm quality.
  5. Monthly 1-on-1 follow-up consultations ensure your plan is refined and adjusted based on progress. New meals, new recipes for Month 2 and Month 3.

Note: This is a structured, personalised approach—not a generic diet—designed for real results.

Our overweight couples have lost up to 8 to 12kgs over a 3 month period.

We recommend only a 1kg fat loss every week, so you don't lose muscle mass. And we make sure to maintain your nutritional requirements. You will defintely reach you target weight with our nutrition + movement plans.

No—it’s personalised to your food preferences and what you already are used to eating with small but impactful changes. So it’s easy to follow consistently - our couples have gotten conception even with following diet just 70 to 80%.

Our plans are not just for weight management but tailored for fertility —focused on improving egg and sperm quality, with anti-oxidant rich foods, lean protein meals and healthy fats.

Not at all. Our recipes are simple, practical and designed for every day cooking.

They are made for the Indian cuisine and can be easily meal prepped as well.

Daily LIVE Yoga Classes

You get access to daily live yoga sessions (Monday to Friday) with a FERTILITY YOGA Specialist with over 20+ years of experience.

  1. Join everyday LIVE Fertility Yoga class (recordings are shared in case you miss a session or that timing doesn't work for your schedule).
  2. Designed to improve blood circulation and oxygen flow to reproductive organs.
  3. It is couple yoga but especially beneficial for women—helps with PCOD, regularising periods, and hormonal balance.
  4. Also supports overall reproductive health, improving egg and sperm quality. Especially for low sperm parameters or low AMH.

Simple, consistent but effective movement that supports better conception outcomes.

We always suggest for a couple to join the class together if possible. As both sperm and egg quality will improve tremendously.

But even if male partner is not able to, we strongly suggest the female partner join regularly as it helps with egg quality, timely ovulation, good endometrial thickness.

If male partner can attend even 2 to 3 days, it is still beneficial.

No, you do not. The yoga is follow along with an instructor so it is easy to do even as a beginner

These sessions are fertility-focused, structured, and guided by experts (20+yrs of experience) — designed specifically to support hormonal balance and reproductive health, not generic fitness.

Asanas are more focused on improving circulation to reproductive organs to create a flourishing environment for your ovaries and testes.

Weekend Stress Regulation Classes

You get access to weekend stress regulation sessions with psychologists focused on regulating your nervous system for better fertility outcomes.

  1. Includes guided meditation, breath-work (like box breathing), and counselling techniques.
  2. Recordings are shared in case you miss a session.
  3. Helps reduce stress and cortisol levels even if you are under stress - as that can significantly impact hormones and conception rates.
  4. High cortisol & stress can also impact egg and sperm quality and chances of fertilisation as your body will prevent pregnancies.

Because a regulated nervous system plays a key role in improving fertility outcomes.

Chronic stress can occur due to work/ relationship/ family pressure/ previous failed treatments/ anxiety/ fear of not conceiving/ miscarriages/ lot of other reasons.

This can increase cortisol levels by up to 2–3x, which is linked to disrupted ovulation, hormonal imbalance, and up to 29% lower chances of conception in studies.

Not at all — these techniques will be taught to you by our experts and you can just follow along in the live class.

These techniques we teach have been shown to reduce stress markers by 20–40%, helping improve hormonal balance and overall reproductive health.

Each session includes guided meditation, breath work, and simple techniques designed to calm your nervous system in 20–30 minutes.

Yes—both partners benefit, as stress impacts egg and sperm quality and hormones in women and men both.

Many people notice improved sleep and reduced stress within 1–2 weeks of consistent practice.

Sex & Intimacy Weekend Classes

You get access to weekend workshops with experts designed to improve connection, increase desire, and support natural conception.

  1. Covers low libido, vaginal dryness, performance stress, and ovulation timing—common but often unaddressed issues.
  2. Helps improve sexual comfort, desire, and frequency—key factors for better conception chances.
  3. Focuses on communication and reducing pressure to create a more relaxed, natural experience.
  4. Recordings are shared in case you miss a session.

Because better intimacy, comfort, and consistency can significantly improve your chances of conception.

Highly recommended — when both partners are aligned, intimacy and results improve significantly.

Because sexual desire affects your hormones and how often you try - both.

Yes - these are common issues, and improving them can directly impact your chances.

We help couples communicate better and teach techniques to improve satisfaction for both partners.

Low AMH

Being told you have low AMH can feel overwhelming. But AMH reflects egg quantity, and not egg quality—and many women with low AMH can still conceive naturally with the right changes.

You need to focus on improving egg health, cycle regulation, weight management and nutrition. Many women with low AMH have conceived within months in our program.

Low AMH Low AMH Low AMH Low AMH

Not necessarily. AMH reflects the number of eggs, so in treatments like IVF—where multiple eggs are needed—it can affect how many eggs your body is able to produce.

But natural conception depends more on egg quality and ovulation. Many women with low AMH can conceive without IVF, especially when underlying factors like nutrition, cycle health, and overall wellbeing are addressed, as it only takes 1 good egg.

If you keep trying without making any changes, your chances don’t improve—and with low AMH, it becomes important to make each cycle count.

It’s important to act a little more intentionally and ensure each cycle is producing a healthy, high-quality egg and ovulating properly.

Since egg development takes around 2–3 months, what you do during this time directly affects the egg that’s released later.

So whether you choose to try naturally or consider treatments like IVF or IUI for urgency, improving egg quality first can help give you the best chance each cycle.

What helps most is making sure that your remaining eggs are your best eggs. With low AMH, both the number of eggs and their average quality tend to decline with age.

As we can't increase the number of eggs, focusing on the factors that directly impact egg quality will give us the best chance. Along with ensuring ovulation is happening properly and timing is accurate.

Since egg development takes around 2–3 months, consistent changes during this time—like antioxidant-rich nutrition, maintaining a healthy weight, improving circulation to ovaries, and reducing oxidative stress—can influence how well the egg develops and matures and thus your chances.

PCOD

PCOD is often seen as a barrier to conception, but it doesn’t have to be.

Irregular cycles and delayed ovulation can make things unpredictable, but when the underlying hormonal imbalances are addressed, your body can start to function more regularly and support conception.

We have helped hundreds of women with PCOD conceive without any fertility treatments.

PCOD PCOD PCOD PCOD

Not always. With PCOD, ovulation can be irregular — even if your periods seem normal.

That’s why just tracking dates isn’t enough. Understanding your body’s patterns and confirming ovulation properly can make a big difference in knowing when to try.

Correcting lifestyle, and bringing hormonal balance can make a huge difference.

Not necessarily. While weight can play a major role, PCOD is more about hormonal balance and insulin sensitivity - which play into weight gain.

When these are supported through the right nutrition, lifestyle, and guidance, many women are able to conceive without extreme or restrictive approaches. Aiming to get to the correct BMI bracket is better for good pregnancy outcomes.

PCOD can affect more than just ovulation — it can influence egg development, timing, and overall hormonal balance.

So even if you’re trying regularly, small underlying imbalances can make a difference. We need to take the right supplements, medication and manage lifestyle to ensure egg growth is happening and ovulation is occurring.

Miscarriages

Experiencing a miscarriage can feel confusing and overwhelming. While 50% of the time, it could be due to a random genetic error.

The other 50%, it is not a random event. Factors like hormone balance, egg and sperm quality, thyroid function, and underlying inflammation can all play a role.

When these are identified and supported, the chances of a healthy pregnancy can improve significantly. Many women with previous miscarriages have gone on to conceive and carry successfully with the right approach.

No, it doesn't work that way. Many women go on to have healthy pregnancies after a miscarriage.

Understanding what may have contributed—whether it’s hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, or cycle irregularities— is important. As correcting the underlying cause can prevent a miscarriage. 50% of the time, it can be a random genetic error as well.

Yes. Focusing on egg and sperm quality, hormone balance, thyroid health, and overall nutrition can significantly improve your chances.

Please reach out to our team to speak to a fertility expert so we can gain a deeper understanding.

While timelines can vary, what matters more is whether your body has fully recovered and is ready again.

Focusing on cycle regulation, hormone balance, and overall health can make your next attempt more supportive of a successful pregnancy. Usually, around a 3 month waiting period is recommended.

Poor Semen Parameters

Being told there are issues with sperm count, motility or morphology can feel concerning. These factors reflect how sperm move and function - and can make fertilisation more difficult, but they can be improved.

Things like nutrition, oxidative stress, lifestyle habits, and overall health play a key role. We also need to assess if there are any underlying conditions like infections or varicocele that are causing the low count.

Many couples with these challenges have gone on to conceive naturally in our program.

Count refers to how many sperm are there per ml (good count is above 15Mn/ ml). Motility refers to how well sperm move, and morphology refers to their shape.

If sperm aren’t moving efficiently or are not well-formed, it can make it harder for them to reach and fertilise the egg. But these factors can often improve with the right support.

Low sperm parameters are usually influenced by multiple factors like stress, poor sleep, nutrition, heat exposure, overweight and hormonal imbalances—not just one specific cause.

The good part is that many of these are modifiable, and with the right changes, sperm production can improve over time.

Sperm is continuously produced - each spermatogenesis cycle is 75 days long. Which means, your metrics can improve every cycle with right changes. This is why, it typically takes about 2–3 months to see changes.

With the right support—focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall health—many men see significant improvements in sperm count and quality.

Supplements can definitely help, and it is important to get started on the correct one along with correcting your vitamin D & B12 levels. But they’re only one part of the picture.

Sperm health is influenced by a combination of nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and underlying health—so a more comprehensive approach tends to be more effective.

Planned Pregnancy

Planning your pregnancy can feel exciting—but also overwhelming when you’re not sure where to start. Conception isn’t just about timing—it’s about how prepared your body is.

Focusing on egg and sperm health, cycle regulation, hormone balance, and nutrition can make a meaningful difference in how quickly and smoothly you conceive. Many couples who take the time to prepare their bodies go on to conceive naturally within a few months in our program and have better outcomes (full term pregnancies, lesser miscarriage rates).

Planned Pregnancy Planned Pregnancy Planned Pregnancy Planned Pregnancy

Ideally, preparation should begin a few months before trying. Our program is designed as a 3-month journey because that’s how long the body typically needs to create meaningful change— it takes around 90 days for 1 egg maturation and release cycle and about 70–75 days for spermatogenesis cycle.

This window allows you to support egg and sperm health, regulate your cycle, and create the right internal environment for conception—so when you start trying, your body is truly ready.

Regular periods and good sperm reports are a great starting point—but they don’t always reflect everything.

Factors like egg and sperm quality, hormone balance, and overall body readiness still play a key role in how easily you conceive.

Preparing in advance helps optimise deeper, often overlooked factors—like mitochondrial energy in eggs, proper chromosome division, and DNA integrity in sperm. These play a critical role in fertilisation, embryo development, and sustaining a healthy pregnancy.

Even when everything seems normal, conception depends on multiple steps happening perfectly—ovulation, fertilisation, embryo development, and implantation.

Subtle factors like egg and sperm quality, hormone balance, timing, and the uterine environment can influence these steps without showing up clearly in basic reports.

We need to make this process more predictable and improve your chances of conceiving smoothly.

Learn More

High DFI

High DFI can affect fertilisation and early embryo development, and could possibly lead to early miscarriages. But it is not a permanent number. We have seen DFI reduce from 38% to 16% in 3 months in our program, which helped the couple conceive naturally.

Factors like oxidative stress, poor sleep, stress, and nutrition play a key role in sperm DNA health. By improving these, many men see meaningful improvements in DFI within a few months.

High DFI

High DFI means there is more damage in the DNA within the sperm.

This can affect fertilisation and early embryo development, even if sperm count, motility and morphology appear normal.

Yes, in many cases natural conception is still possible. However, it is better to wait to improve DFI before conceiving.

Reducing DNA damage can support better embryo development and increase the chances of a successful pregnancy, and reduce miscarriage rates.

Failed IUI/IVF

Going through a failed IUI or IVF cycle can feel exhausting and disheartening. But a failed cycle doesn’t always mean it won’t work—it often means something underlying hasn’t been fully addressed yet.

Before jumping into the next treatment, it is important to take a cause - reset your body, fix any root causes, and check all metrics.

A lot of times, couples who joined our program in order to improve their metrics before their next IUI/IVF, ended up conceiving naturally itself!

Failed IUI/IVF Failed IUI/IVF

Even when reports look normal, factors like egg and sperm quality, embryo health, hormonal balance, and uterine environment can still impact outcomes.

There are no tests to measure egg quality - so it depends on your overall health. A failed cycle often means something underlying hasn’t been fully addressed yet.

Improving egg & sperm quality is key after a failed cycle.

Yes. Focusing on improving egg and sperm quality, hormone balance, and overall body readiness can make a meaningful difference.

Supporting these areas before the next cycle can help improve the chances of a successful outcome.

Weight Concerns

Weight can play a role in fertility—but it’s not just about the number on the scale. Both being underweight or overweight can affect overall reproductive health. Fat cells can disrupt hormonal balance and healthy ovulation as they send their own signals.

By focusing on the right nutrition, movement and training and sustainable lifestyle changes, your body can be better supported for conception. Our couples have lost up to 12kgs in 3 months and seen spontaneous positive pregnancies.

Not always. While weight can influence fertility, it’s less about the number on the scale and more about how your body is functioning—especially hormone balance and insulin sensitivity.

Improving metabolic health can support regular ovulation and increase your chances of conceiving. Weight management also plays an important role after conception—helping reduce the risk of complications and supporting a healthier pregnancy overall.

The goal isn’t extreme weight loss, but creating a more balanced, stable internal environment for both conception and a healthy pregnancy. A Harvard study showed that even losing 10% of excess body increased conception rates by over 25%.

Body fat isn’t just stored energy—it’s hormonally active. It produces and influences hormones like estrogen and also affects how your body responds to insulin.

When body fat is too high or too low, this balance can get disrupted.

  • Excess body fat can lead to higher estrogen and insulin resistance, which may interfere with ovulation.
  • Too little body fat can reduce hormone production, making it harder for the body to maintain regular cycles.

This is why maintaining a balanced metabolic environment is important for regular ovulation, cycle stability, and overall reproductive function.

Extreme or restrictive diets can sometimes do more harm than good by stressing the body and affecting hormone balance.

A more balanced, sustainable approach to nutrition tends to better support fertility and overall health. In our program, we ensure you have a balanced meal even in calorie deficit plans. We only plan for a 1kg loss a week so you don't lose muscle along with fat.

Unexplained Infertility

Being told you have unexplained infertility can make you feel helpless—especially when everything looks “normal.” But often, it means the underlying factors haven’t been fully identified yet.

Subtle issues with egg and sperm quality, timing, hormone balance, or the uterine environment can all play a role. When these are addressed, many couples are able to conceive naturally with the right approach. We have seen the quickest pregnancies with unexplained infertility in our program.

“Normal” reports don’t always capture everything. You can measure for egg quantity (AMH), sperm metrics (count, motility, morphology), thyroid and more. But factors like egg and sperm quality are not easily measurable.

Timing, hormonal balance and uterine receptivity are also not easy to calculate. But can influence conception even when basic tests look fine.

Fixing overall reproductive environment and reducing stress is a major part of dealing with unexplained infertility.

Not exactly. It usually means the cause hasn’t been clearly identified yet.

There are often subtle imbalances or factors that aren’t picked up in standard testing—but can still affect fertilisation and implantation.

Not at all. Taking time to improve underlying factors can improve your chances naturally significantly. We have seen most unexplained cases conceive within 3 months itself in our program.

By focusing on improving egg and sperm quality, hormone balance, and overall body readiness, many couples are able to conceive naturally—even after being told to go for IUI or IVF.
