Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after purchasing the program within 7 days of. Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

To begin the cancellation process, please contact our support team at hello@newkindfertility.com. Once the refund is approved and initiated, it may take 6–8 working days for the amount to reflect in your original mode of payment.
